Daze was born out of our founders personal struggles with the post-purchase part of their online shopping. Deliveries are slow, inconvenient and contacting the carrier is practically impossible. Returns are an absolute pain. This is in stark contrast with the ease of browsing and purchasing online.
The e-commerce stack is still relying on 20th century parcel delivery, despite every other part of the customer journey being perfected.
