c) Merchant Account. As a Merchant, if you create an account to track deliveries from us, we may collect information such as your name, contact information, and delivery specifics. This data is gathered to meet our contractual obligations to you.

d) News Updates. We handle your personal information, including your name and email address, to provide news updates in accordance with your stated preferences. When sending these updates to those who have opted in, we rely on your consent.
